She reported to court on Friday (April 22) to learn that she was in violation of her probation thanks to her jewelry theft charge, and Lindsay Lohan was none too pleased with the results.
The ?Georgia Rule? actress ended up getting sentenced to jail time and 480 hours of community service, though she was released on bond pending the outcome of her misdemeanor appeal.
Producer Nathan Folks told press, ?She is fine. Obviously she is upset about being sentenced to four months in jail.?
He continued, "She is angry because she has been working so hard on turning her life around. She didn't do what they said she did. She didn't steal that necklace. She is ready to do her time. She wants to go to A.A. and N.A. and to serve her [more than] 400 hours [of community service]. She has already been doing lots of charity work."
Another source revealed that LiLo believes she?s the victim of a ?witch hunt? by prosecutor Danette Meyers, although reports show that Meyers actually tried to get out of the case rather than move forward.
