Lady Gaga Debuts New Song at Fashion Show

Lady Gaga Debuts New Song at Fashion Show

Lady Gaga is on a roll this week! Two days after premiering her otherworldly video for "Born This Way," the pop star walked the runway at a Paris fashion while she debuted another new song, "Government Hooker." Listen to a clip below!

More of a thumping dance track than her pop anthem "Born This Way," "Government Hooker" has the unexpected mix of sounds that is Gaga's trademark: strains of opera, a strange male voice, an aggressive beat, and the dark, catchy refrain of "I'm gonna drink my tears tonight." It also contains the spoken line "Put your hands on me, John F. Kennedy," which got a laugh from the fashionistas in the audience.

Gaga played the song clip at the Thierry Mugler show, where she also made her runway debut wearing two of the designer's edgy ensembles (one black, one white). Mugler designed several of the bizarre fashions in the "Born This Way" video, including the unwieldy "knife shoes" she wears as "evil Gaga," and the chiffon floating around her when she gives birth as "Mother Monster." Gaga's favorite stylist, Nicola Formichetti -- a.k.a. the guy who made the meat dress -- is Mugler's creative director.
