Charlie Sheen's twin sons, Bob and Max, are in the care of his soon-to-be ex-wife Brooke Mueller's mother after being removed from the actor's Mullholland Estate mansion by LA cops late Tuesday (March 1), reports Us. Police temporarily stripped the star of custody, while granting his estranged wife a restraining order which keeps the actor from being within 100 feet of her.
Charlie and Brooke have been involved in a toxic tug-of-war since filing for divorce on February 10, just two weeks after the former Two and a Half Men star was rushed to hospital following an intense bender. In legal documents, Booke, who was assaulted by her husband on Christmas day 2009, claims that Charlie threatened her, saying, ?I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom? and that he threatened to stab her with a penknife during an encounter last Wednesday (February 23).
