Amy Winehouse Death: Security Guard Found Her In Bed

While her cause of death is still pending autopsy results, a few more details regarding the death of Amy Winehouse have been made public.

The latest on the late "Back In Black" singer's tragic passing was made available by a family friend/rep of Amy - as Chris Goodman tells that she was found lying in bed by a security staffer.

In a statement to press, Goodman told, "She was in her bedroom after saying she wanted to sleep and when he [the security guard] went to wake her he found she wasn't breathing."

Chris added, "He called the emergency services straight away. He was very shocked. At this stage no one knows how she died. She died alone in bed."

Meanwhile, 27-year-old Winehouse's body is scheduled to be autopsied on Monday (July 25), with cause of death to be announced once concluded.
