When Atlanta housewife Sheree Whitfield asked the now infamous question, "Who gonna check me boo?" it made us all feel like she was invincible at that moment. Unfortunately, she found out the answer to that question over the weekend. Find out the deets inside plus witness the return of her party planner and what he has in store for us...
Sheree Whitfield woke up this weekend to find out she had "gotten checked." Seems as though the reality star owes her divorce lawyer more than $110,000 in legal fees and he got her together. Since she had failed to make a single payment, he sent the local sheriff's department to seize Sheree's Aston Martin.
When contacted by TMZ, Sheree said the judgment against her was unfair but, "It's okay, it's a car, I'll get another one." SMH. Yes Sheree...but the point is you still haven't paid your legal fees.
Isn't it interesting to compare the Atlanta housewives to the Beverly Hills edition. In Atlanta, the cars get seized, the husband's borrow money and don't repay it and couples move from McMansions back to the boondocks. But on the Beverly Hills edition, the wives attend basketball games (and they own the team) or check into hotels suites of hotels they own. SMH. Isn't this what BRAVO had in mind in the first place? I like Atlanta but maybe we need to call them "The Real Housewives Of The Recession." Womp.
And Anthony Shorter, the party planner Sheree helped put on the map last year is not going away quietly. In fact, he's coming out with a music album and is in talks for his own reality show. SMH.
In a recent interview Anthony reveals he has shot a tv pilot saying "We're shopping it around to networks." And while no deal has been inked, he has numerous meetings with top networks who have expressed interest, and the pilot has already been shot.
The show will be "one hundred percent" based on his life though he is willing to invite the Atlanta Housewives onto the show. He said,
"Everything that was shown on the Real Housewives about me was accurate. I am headstrong and I have a take no mess attitude. I look at him [himself on the show] as a character. So my show will pick up with the same character and following event planning from inception to implementation."
Originally from Los Angeles, Anthony would tape "Anthony The Party Planner" around both L.A. and Atlanta. And following in the footsteps of Kim Zolciak, Anthony is trying to make moves on iTunes as he plans to release a single called "Party Planner" that you can check out here.
