Taking full advantage of their time in New York City, Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson were spotted out and about in Manhattan last night (November 23).
The ?Dukes of Hazzard? hottie and her hunky fianc� enjoyed a date night in the Big Apple while the paparazzi looked on.
And this Thanksgiving holiday, Jessica will be partaking in a vegan meal as Eric is no longer a carnivore.
She told Jimmy Fallon, "After getting out of the NFL, [Eric] went to this healer and is very healthy. For Thanksgiving we have to make a Tofurkey! It doesn't sound right! It's gonna be jiggly and weird."
