Chris Brown Avoids Lawsuit With Photographer + Kanye West Performs For The Mile High Club

Chris Brown narrowly avoided a lawsuit by settling out of court with the photographer who previously accused him of battery.  Get the deets inside, plus see a video of Kanye West performing high up in the skies...

Avoiding a court battle, Chris Brown has settled his lawsuit with photographer Robert Rosen.  Robert filed documents against the "Deuces" singer and LA Fitness gym after he claimed to have been attacked by Chris' bodyguard several months ago for taking pictures of him playing basketball.
According to Radar Online, the parties reached their agreement on October 28 - which keeps Brown from having to go to a trial hearing previously scheduled for February 22, 2011.

And in other music news, some lucky passengers on a Delta Airlines flight a few days ago got a free concert when 1st class passenger Kanye West took over the loud speaker and began performing his verse from "Gold Digger."  Watch the video:

Y'all know it was some clueless non-hip hop folks on that flight taking off their seatbelts ready to attack thinking he was a terrorist.  I would have been the crazy cutting up like I was at his concert.  Loves it.
